Articles: Anachronistic Names

The Book of Mormon includes a few names which are of Greek origin, and a few more that appear to be so. Greek influence wasn’t felt strongly in Palestine until several hundred years after Lehi and his family are alleged to have. Alexander the Great conquered the area in the 330s BCE bringing with him Greek influence. It seems odd then that Nephites would have Greek names.
